Welcome to LifeQuest!

       LifeQuest Swim and Fitness is dedicated to providing quality facilities at reasonable and affordable rates. We also offer group fitness classes and programs such as the medicare-eligible SilverSneakers. It is our goal to service the community through the promotion of personal health and physical fitness. As a staff, our combined talents and experience in the health and fitness industry allow us to provide the best available services to our members and visitors. We truly believe in maintaining a qualified staff that offers courteous, respectful and helpful treatment to all patrons of our club. Therefore, it is always our privilege to work with our members and visitors to encourage a life of health, fitness and overall well-being.

Our Facility includes:
  • Cardio workout section of six tv's, treadmills, ellipticals, stairsteppers, and exercise bikes
  • Circuit fitness machines such as Nautilus, Hammer Strength and Lifefitness
  • Large free weight area
  • Boxing Room: Two speed bags and two power bags
  • Two Pools: Heated Indoor Pool (45ft) and Outdoor Pool (70ft)
  • Steam Room
  • Dry Sauna
  • Hot Tub
  • Locker Rooms with Shower Facilities
  • Group Fitness Classes
  • Water Aerobic Classes
  • Free Parking


      Hours of Operation:
Monday: 5:30am to 10pm
Tuesday: 5:30am to 10pm
Wednesday: 5:30am to 10pm
Thursday: 5:30am to 10pm
Friday: 5:30am to 9pm
Saturday: 8am to 6pm
Sunday: 12pm to 5pm
